About Dana
With over 20 years of singing experience and more than a decade dedicated to teaching, I've discovered that singing is so much more than just hitting the right notes - it's a powerful tool for personal transformation and wellbeing. My teaching journey has taken me through diverse musical landscapes - from intimate one-to-one sessions to dynamic group classes and choir direction. I have a particular passion for musical theatre styles, helping students master the storytelling, character work, and vocal techniques that bring songs to life on stage. What I love most about teaching is getting to know each of my students - understanding not just their vocal abilities, but who they are as individuals. I believe that confidence is the foundation of great singing, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where students can explore their voice without judgement. Beyond vocal technique, I'm deeply committed to exploring the mental health benefits that singing brings.
