About Vano
I’m 50 years old. For more than 25 years I work in the kitchen on various positions . Starting from the line cook to the position of the chef.
I immigrated to USA in 2022 and started to work in a Georgian restaurant “Cheeseboat” in Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan as the Chef. Now I work at anoher Georgian Restauant "Chama Mama" as the Manager and Product Developer of the Catering Service and Grab & Go Bakery Shop - "Let's Chama". I also worked as a cook in the USA Catering Company "Great Performances".
