Hello, I’m Pratish, a certified and well experienced (10+yrs) yoga teacher from India. I hold Bachlor's degree in Yogic Science and Certificate of YTT-200 (yoga teacher training course of 200 hours)

I emphasize on precise body alignment, synchronisation of breath with body movement and deep mindfulness throughout the class.

Perfect! Pratishji has been our yoga teacher for the past month. We are taking classes as a couple. Couple if things that stand out in his teaching
1. He let's you go at your pace and encourages you to know your body limits and works around them.
2. It is not a mechanical and mundane class, where you just do one thing after the other without taking breaks or understanding what it does to your body. It is a class with right pauses and conversations between the student and the instructor.
3. He always emphasizes some key points - when to inhale and when to exhale, the right posture, the right method and the right pauses.
4. Lastly, all his classes are a complete class meaning you don't have to do anything more after that. It has all the components: Stretching- aasans-breathing- pranayam- meditation. We have not been able to do all in one class, because we might have slowed down, but I am looking forward to a class with all the elements.- Pratish's response :

Pratish has been teaching me yoga for the past month.
I find him to be an excellent listener and more importantly he takes the time to understand the student’s needs and tailor the exercises appropriately. This is very important in yoga, because not everyone is at the same level of flexibility.
He ensures that each session is a complete class in itself. This includes warm up exercises, asanas and breathing exercises. He makes sure there is a wind-down session so one feels rested and calm after the yoga session with him.
He requests to not perform the exercises in his absence to ensure that he can guide me live. This is quite important. It is easy to make a mistake with the exercises resulting in more harm than good.
