I have been studying foreign languages since I was a little child because my mother language is considered as one of the hardest to learn because of lack of grammar pattern and tough pronunciation. Owing to these difficulties, I managed to learn English and German and speak them at fluent & communicative level. Moreover, I have not stopped learning them, since even German or English man do not know every word in their language

I opine that it is crucial that one can communicate in the given language than being fluent at writing. That is because considering the current advancement of technology, one may use for instance Google Translate and with an aid of AI you can get a full and well-translated text. Speaking a foreign language is much harder.
