210 g all purpose flour
1 large egg
113g of butter
54g of brown sugar
99 g of granulated sugar
½ tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
2 tsp of vanilla extract
170 g of chocolate chips

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: Less than 10 minutes
Serves 2 people
Cooking Instructions For Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Prepare the baking tray with greaseproof paper or use a little butter to grease the tray directly.
Melt the butter on the stove in a pot or in the microwave, so it is melted but not too hot. You should be able to put your finger in it without being burnt.
Mix the butter and sugars together well.
Stir in the vanilla and the egg until well mixed.

The dough will be sticky and soft to the touch.
