About Jack
I am currently the Lead Athletic Development Coach at one of the country’s top private schools, a former Premier League Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach, and achieved a Distinction Grade Masters in Strength and Conditioning (grade average 78.3%). I understand that everyone has different learning styles and retains information differently. I want to help support your learning journey and help you achieve your full potential. I have online Zoom calls available and I can also do practical gym coaching sessions in my garage gym from July 2024 and athletic development coaching sessions locally.
