About Rhea
With over 7 years of experience teaching violin and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Historical Performance (Baroque Violin), I bring creativity and patience to my lessons. I love teaching young children and introducing them to music in playful ways. My focus is on building strong aural skills through early ear training. Children learn by listening, moving, and singing before they play. I use rhythm games to develop timing and coordination. Storytelling helps bring music alive and makes learning memorable. Simple songs provide a foundation for technique and musicianship. I take inspiration from Suzuki and Kodály, both of which value listening and natural learning.
