I have retired from the Indian Air Force as an Air Vice Marshal. For the last 12 years working as the CEO of a medium category Contracting firm. A double postgraduate - Hold Masters Degree in Engineering and Masters Degree in Defense Studies. I am also a qualified arbitrator and a mediator (affiliated to the Indian Council of Arbitration as well as to the Mediation Council of UK. I have represented my state in Hockey for a number of years. In the Indian Air Force I have attained the 2nd highest possible rank by an Engineer and was awarded with Vishit Seva Medal by the President of India in recognition of the services rendered to the nation. I am married and have two children who are well placed in life. My strength lies in evaluating strength and weakness of people and improve them by giving them examples from practical life experiences. After all even after retirement I have turned around a company from a turn over of 10-15 Crores to 100 Crores. In full modesty, i am sure that y achievements in the professional as well as in the sports field will surely motivate you to achieve your goals in life.
