About Mbali
Hi I'm Mbali Rose! I’m a passionate vocal coach, certified in the Mix Voice Method. Additionally with over 10 years of training in classical piano and experience as a choir leader, I have a deep love for music and a strong passion for inspiring others. I took an 8-year break from music to pursue a career in science, which landed me in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Nashville, also known as Music City, is where I rediscovered my passion for music. My journey back to music has inspired me to help others connect with their voices. When I returned to South Africa, I was selected to participate in a Cape Town-based buskers program that provided hands-on experience in songwriting certification, vocal training, guitar training, stage presence, and recording original music. These experiences, combined with performing at local music venues, have given me a unique blend of skills that I bring to every lesson. As someone who has personally overcome challenges with confidence, I prioritize helping my students break through emotional roadblocks and find joy in expressing themselves fully. Music has transformed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same freedom and expression through their own voice.
