• When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

  I've been passionate about the Quran and Arabic language since childhood, inspired by their beauty and richness. After earning my certification from Al-Azhar in Sharia and Quran, I realized how fulfilling it is to share this knowledge with others. Private tutoring allows me to offer personalized lessons that help students not only understand the Quran but also speak and master the Arabic language in a simple, engaging, and effective way.

• Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

  I teach Quran with Tajweed and Arabic to both adults and children, focusing on making learning enjoyable and effective. I help students master Quranic recitation, memorize Quran with Tajweed, and build strong Arabic language skills, including conversation and grammar. My goal is to ensure every student connects deeply with the Quran and speaks Arabic confidently in daily life.

• Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

  For me, there is no greater role model than Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). His immense patience in facing challenges from the Quraysh teaches me resilience and the essence of character. I learn from his teachings and actions, like responding to harm with kindness. He exemplifies the importance of humility and reminds us that each of us can find a guiding figure in our lives. He is a true example for believers. As Allah says in the Quran:
  {لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِمَنْ كَانَ يَرْجُو اللَّهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا}
  His life serves as a perfect model for navigating our own journeys with grace and integrity.

• What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

  To be a good tutor, key qualities include patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching. Patience helps guide students through challenges, while effective communication ensures concepts are clear and accessible. A true passion for the subject inspires students and creates an engaging learning environment. Additionally, empathy fosters a supportive atmosphere, making students feel comfortable and encouraged to succeed. These qualities together create a positive and impactful tutoring experience.

• Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  In my early Quran studies, I struggled with mastering Tajweed, feeling frustrated and discouraged. One day, my teacher noticed and gave me extra time, patiently guiding me through the rules with simple examples. Her encouragement transformed my approach, not only improving my recitation but inspiring my passion for teaching. This moment taught me the power of personalized support, and I now aim to provide that same care to my students, helping them overcome challenges and find joy in learning both Quran and Arabic.

• What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

  The challenge I encounter is managing time conflicts between students, each with their own unique schedules. The added complexity of different time zones makes it even more demanding. However, I turn this challenge into an opportunity by staying flexible and committed to providing every student with a personalized and seamless learning experience.

• Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?

  My greatest passion is teaching Quran memorization and recitation with Tajweed, helping students grow confident and deeply connect with the Quran. I love guiding them through mastering Tajweed while ensuring the learning process is both enjoyable and meaningful. Additionally, I am deeply passionate about promoting the Arabic language globally, as it is the language of the Quran. I believe that every individual should learn Arabic and have the ability to read and memorize the Quran with ease,without struggling.

  What makes me a Superprof is my ability to truly understand my students' goals and tailor each lesson to meet their unique needs. I focus on creating personalized lessons and presentations that align with their learning objectives. My dedication to helping them succeed, combined with a professional and student-centered approach, ensures that every lesson is both engaging and effective.
