Perfect! A pesar de no haber podido aprovechar como me hubiera gustado las clases con Miguel, ya que creo que no era lo más adecuado para mis circunstancias, sí que valoro enormemente todo su conocimiento y atención recibida en el tiempo que ha podido estar orientándome. Perfect! Me encanta su filosofía. No busca decirte qué hacer ni hacerte una dieta sino enseñarte a mejorar tus hábitos y que aprendas a comer bien de forma natural sin tener que seguir un plan estricto. En mi caso, es justamente lo que busco y estoy deseando seguir trabajando con él
