My name is Elri, and I am a passionate advocate for health and fitness, especially for women who face the continuous struggle of weight loss. As a nearly 40-year-old mother of two daughters, I have always valued the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. However, it was when I became a mother myself that I truly understood the significance of taking care of my body and mind. I realized that many women often feel trapped by societal pressures and unrealistic beauty standards, believing that they need to restrict themselves to extreme diets or unsustainable routines. I have dedicated myself to learning and gaining expertise in weight loss coaching and pilates instruction to help women break free from these chains.
