Contrato de Prestação de Serviços Educacionais

Este contrato tem como objetivo regular os termos e condições do serviço de aulas particulares prestadas por mim conforme descrito abaixo:

1. Objeto do Contrato
O presente contrato tem como objeto a prestação de aulas particulares de reforço escolar nas disciplinas escolhidas conforme o pacote de aulas escolhido.

2. Pacote de Aulas
O aluno poderá escolher entre pacotes. A escolha do pacote será definida antes do início das aulas e deverá ser paga integralmente.


3. Política de Cancelamento
Cancelamento de Aula: Caso o(a) aluno(a) precise cancelar uma aula, deverá informar a professora com no mínimo 48 horas de antecedência. O não cumprimento deste prazo resultará na cobrança integral da aula agendada.
Faltas e Reembolsos: Em caso de falta sem justificativa, o aluno(a) não terá direito ao reembolso ou reposição da aula.
Reposição de Aulas: Caso o(a) professor(a) precise faltar, o(a) aluno(a) terá direito a reagendar a aula para outro horário, conforme disponibilidade.

4. Política de Reembolso Reembolsos serão concedidos somente para pacotes de aulas não iniciados ou em caso de emergência médica, mediante apresentação de atestado médico.

5. Modificação de Termos Este contrato pode ser modificado somente por ambas as partes, com acordo prévio e por escrito.

6. Comunicação de Ausências O(a) aluno(a) ou responsável deverá comunicar qualquer ausência com no mínimo 48 horas de antecedência, para evitar que a aula seja cobrada ou o contrato seja descontinuado.

7. Disposições Finais Este contrato é válido até a conclusão do pacote de aulas escolhido, e ambos os lados devem respeitar todas as condições acordadas. Qualquer violação dos termos poderá resultar na rescisão imediata do contrato.

4. Termination Contract and Rules in English
Educational Services Agreement

This agreement aims to regulate the terms and conditions of the private lessons provided by me to the student, as outlined below:

1. Subject of the Agreement This agreement is for the provision of private lessons according to the chosen lesson package.

2. Lesson Package The student may choose from lesson packages. The lesson package must be paid in full before the start of the lessons.

3. Cancellation Policy

Lesson Cancellation: If the student needs to cancel a lesson, they must notify the teacher at least (48 hours/days) in advance. Failure to meet this notice period will result in the full charge of the scheduled lesson.
Absences and Refunds: If the student misses a lesson without justification, they will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduled lesson.
Lesson Rescheduling: If the teacher needs to cancel, the student will be entitled to reschedule the lesson for another time, based on availability.

4. Refund Policy Refunds will only be granted for packages of lessons that have not started or in case of a medical emergency, upon submission of a medical certificate.

5. Modification of Terms This agreement may only be modified by mutual consent of both parties, in writing.

6. Notification of Absences The student or parent must notify any absences at least [insert number of hours/days] in advance to avoid the lesson being charged or the contract being discontinued.

7. Final Provisions This agreement is valid until the completion of the chosen lesson package, and both parties must adhere to all agreed terms. Any breach of the terms may result in the immediate termination of the contract.
