About Dhriti
I hold a Graduate Diploma in Violin Pedagogy and bring over 6 years of teaching experience to my lessons. My focus is on integrating music theory, aural skills, and sight reading into violin practice, especially for students preparing for theory exams and advanced harmony study. I use practical bowing and fingering exercises to teach scales, intervals, and harmonic concepts, helping students link theory directly to their playing. Many of my students are exam candidates or musicians aiming to improve their musical fluency. This combined approach develops well-rounded violinists who read, hear, and understand music confidently.
