My lessons are designed to suit each player’s level and goals. A typical session begins with warm-up and basic drills, followed by skills practice and match play. The intensity of training changes based on the student’s capacity and long-term plan. For intermediate and advanced players, I also encourage sharing a short video of their game before starting so I can create a personalized improvement program. Beginners are welcome too — no prior experience needed. I focus on building strong foundational skills and teaching tactical concepts so players not only master strokes but also learn to read the game and adapt during matches. I coach kids, adults, beginners, competitive players, and also provide specialized fitness training for badminton. My coaching style is patient and encouraging. I listen to my students’ feedback and adjust the training plan when needed, ensuring progress feels both effective and enjoyable. Lessons run between 60 to 120 minutes. I generally recommend 2–3 sessions per week for steady improvement, but schedules are flexible depending on the student’s needs. ️ I provide shuttles for training. Students should bring their own racket, and I can also guide you in choosing the right equipment. ️ Additional coaching support includes match analysis, doubles and singles strategy, fitness & conditioning plans, as well as diet and mental preparation tips to support overall performance.
