About Ramandeep
I am currently a 2nd year dentistry student with a first class honours degree in Biochemistry. I have a vast array of knowledge in biosciences, biochemistry, biology and pathophysiology of diseases. I have experience in admissions tests, specifically UCAT and BMAT as well as interview preparation tips for Dentistry and Medicine too. Furthermore, I also can teach A level Biology and Chemistry, as well as GCSE English Literature, Biology, Chemistry, English Language and a range of KS3 lessons.

I approach each topic from the basics to make sure students are comfortable with the fundamentals and then progress to further topics. I also tailor teaching styles to each student and the pace that suits them. Overtime I have been able to advance my revision and exam techniques in an array of subjects which I would be delighted to share with others. I believe active recall is one of the best methods to learning and therefore will emphasis good learning notes and provide appropriate flash card for certain subjects.
As well as subject based learning, I am aware studies can be difficult therefore I ensure teaching based on students and not just the specification. Every student, myself included, learns best a specific way and therefore each lesson plan will be meet the students needs.

Due to her background in Biochemistry and health sciences she was able to breakdown key concepts, making is easier to understand and revise. The teaching style was also tailored to my own needs and she demonstrated a great deal of patience and supportiveness. You can tell she has a genuine passion for science.
