Perfect! Pratishji has been our yoga teacher for the past month. We are taking classes as a couple. Couple if things that stand out in his teaching
1. He let's you go at your pace and encourages you to know your body limits and works around them.
2. It is not a mechanical and mundane class, where you just do one thing after the other without taking breaks or understanding what it does to your body. It is a class with right pauses and conversations between the student and the instructor.
3. He always emphasizes some key points - when to inhale and when to exhale, the right posture, the right method and the right pauses.
4. Lastly, all his classes are a complete class meaning you don't have to do anything more after that. It has all the components: Stretching- aasans-breathing- pranayam- meditation. We have not been able to do all in one class, because we might have slowed down, but I am looking forward to a class with all the elements.

Very professional. Ensures that you’re following the instructions clearly. It’s just been a month for me but I believe I will see some positive change as I continue my classes for long enough. This is exactly the type of yoga I wanted to practice, it’s more around meditation than some physical exercise. You’ll learn how to control your breath and how it helps you in calming your nervous system. It would really help in long run. This is highly recommend for anyone of any age who wants to bring a good change in their life. I am still early in my journey and I believe that the best days are yet to come.

Pratish has been teaching me yoga for the past month.
I find him to be an excellent listener and more importantly he takes the time to understand the student’s needs and tailor the exercises appropriately. This is very important in yoga, because not everyone is at the same level of flexibility.
He ensures that each session is a complete class in itself. This includes warm up exercises, asanas and breathing exercises. He makes sure there is a wind-down session so one feels rested and calm after the yoga session with him.
He requests to not perform the exercises in his absence to ensure that he can guide me live. This is quite important. It is easy to make a mistake with the exercises resulting in more harm than good.
Overall I feel the yoga sessions have been beneficial to me and I would be happy to recommend Pratish to my friends as necessary.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I am certified yoga and meditation teacher. Everyone should include yoga and meditation in daily life for infinite mental and physical health benefits. After starting yoga 14 years back to come out of depression,when I was totally cured, I was amazed by incredible health benefits of yoga and I started taking interest in knowing more about yoga.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
Then I started learning yoga and meditation on regular basis with very knowledgeable yogi guru Soham. I learnt for around 18 months and was fascinated by total transformation in my life at spiritual and physical level. So I decided to teach this wonderful practice to people so that they can have same health benefits which I gained by learning.
How does your work help society?
My teaching of yoga and meditation has greatly helped very large number of people in society they had gained complete mental and physical health benefits. And are living perfect peaceful happy and healthy life without any stress/anxiety or almost no physical diseases from the day they started practicing daily 1 hour yoga
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
If you ask me for my role model as a yoga master I would give the credit to Maharshi patanjali as he compiled all scattered yoga sutras in ved, puran, upnishad,geeta and many other pious scripts, into 200 basic sutras.(AROUND 3200 YEARS BACK)The whole world is learning yoga by whatever name is based on this great sage's compilation known as patanjali yoga sutras. Maharshi patanjali is known as father of yoga.

Other than yoga l love reading, listening to mind soothing music, travel to places to enjoy beauty and serenity of nature, Mingling with my childhood friends, singing
