Shivangi is my first music teacher and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. Her own deep understanding makes it easier to understand the concepts. She is also very patient and understands her student's abilities quite well. She works extensively to bring out the best of her students. Learning from her is a pleasure and so much fun!

Although I studied pure classical with Shivangi , her teaching methodology made sure that the lessons never turned boring or monotonous. Very fascinating and engaging.

She is not only brilliant as a versatile musician but also as a teacher. Shivangi has a very clearly thought out process for teaching a beginner student that is customized. My brother and I (both beginners) started studying with her at around the same time but were taken through completely different customized lessons , tailor made to each one of us.

My daughter had lost complete interest in music while studying with her previous teachers ......but Shivangi totally revived it. Will definitely continue with her for a long time to come.

She was my Third music teacher but the First one who made me believe that I could sing and make a career as a musician. Extremely patient and non-judgmental, she gave me plenty of space to make mistakes, learn from them and grow as a human being and musician. The fact that her versatility and her ability to do anything from Khayaal, Thumri, Bhajan, Ghazal to Film music has also helped me tremendously and saved me the trouble of going to multiple teachers to study these various genres.
