I place strong emphasis on active learning: asking questions, working through problems together, and encouraging students to explain ideas back to me, which helps identify gaps immediately. Regular practice, targeted feedback, and revision are core parts of my method, as these reinforce learning and build long-term retention. I also prioritise creating a supportive, low-pressure environment where mistakes are seen as part of learning, so students feel comfortable asking questions and taking on challenges.
