About the lesson
I prepare students to understand and learn properly, contribute to code by his/her own, and succeed in their career. I do the pair programming with students and conduct the online examination for each topics and consolidated interview question set(MCQ & Program). I also share the code snippet, whiteboard snippet and assignments for their practice just after the class.

About Manendra
I have more than 11 years of experience in giving training on Core Java/J2EE /SpringBoot/Microservices/ Spring Cloud/REST /SQL/Mysql/Oracle/Postgresql /MongoDB/Redis/ System Design & Architecture/Design Patterns /DS/Algo/Automation Testing. I have done many live projects for my students to simulate the real coding experience like how to code in a software organization. I have a degree in B.Tech(Computer Science & Engineering) from the University of Calicut.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I teach computer science language courses such as Java, C, C++, Unix/Linux Commands, Database-SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, SpringBoot. As I am a B.Tech(CSE) graduate, these are the core tech-stacks for the software development field. I have 10+ years of experience and I have done many projects using these technologies which increased my interest day by day.

What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My Mom and Dad were teachers. I love teaching a lot and I want to train students/working professionals to achieve their career goal.

How does your work help society?
Many students are not getting a very good environment/school/college for their learning and I believe, By giving tuition to them would be a great help to the society.

If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I respect all teachers and my father was a very special teacher to me as He had taught me many lessons so nicely that I couldn't get it from anywhere.

Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
My hobbies outside teaching are playing musical instruments - Guitar and Piano.

There were many employees that have lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They were in need of improving their skills with the latest tech stacks to get a better job. I have trained many such candidates and they got the job with 100% hike.
