Arts and crafts is a vast field, one might like sketching but not like watercolor.
It takes a lot of exploration to discover what form you like. So in the first class I start by teaching basics, then we move on to trying different forms of art. We keep coming back to basics in between. Then gradually I let the student choose his form and style and practice along with him. I feel imposing an art style on students can stop them from being the best version of them. So I let them explore and guide them along their way.
I am a student at Gargi College, DU. My majors are English and History. Since the school times had keen interest in arts, I was the cultural head and the head of the art Society at Aravali International School. This year I have appeared for the Design Entrance exam for National Institute of Fashion Technology and have successfully cleared the exam.
