Methodology
My teaching method will be a one on one session for understanding their needs individually along with a visual-based presentation. Group/one to one discussion will be there to share the different perspectives of every person and each session will be having top pain areas about the topic of session and tips to overcome is the main highlight of the session.
Background
I am an HR Professional with a passion to change people’s life by helping them choose the right job as per their capabilities and educational interest.
Prior to this, I have 1.3 years of work experience as a Software Developer and as an HR Trainer with a demonstrated work history in IT and Automobile Industry with post-graduation MBA (2018-2020) in Human Resources and Business Analytics and graduation B.Tech (2013-2017) in Computer Science and Engineering. I am here to give professional and career coaching to the learners who want to enhance their career and needs guidance to know what is the next best step to be taken in the profession and career.
