Title of my thesis: Role of Hypoxia in modulating innate immune function
Supervisor: Dr. Prasenjit Guchhait, Associate Professor
My work focuses on the innate immune response in populations indigenous to high altitude that harbour genetic mutations which have facilitated their adaptation to the prevailing hypobaric hypoxia.
