I was taking prenatal yoga with heal in sutras for 3 months. Shilpa is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person . Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones.
I believe that yoga helped me to fasten my labor progress and a smooth delivery. I also liked the way she suggested on diet tips ( calcium, iron rich food list) during my pregnancy . Now I am looking for postnatal course with her.
Dr. Shilpa has been endearing, patient and most of all very kind during the tenure of my pregnancy. Not only does she spend exclusive time preparing you for childbirth, but simultaneously guides you with all positivity just as a friend on call. I’m glad to have met such a good human like her.

I have always lacked motivation to workout alone and hence would enrol in group fitness classes. My pregnancy kept me home bound due to COIVD and travelling to attend pre natal fitness classes was not possible. I then joined Heal-In Sutras. It was like working out with a friend who keeps on changing the practise ensuring health needs are catered to. They kept it short and simple and very doable. Even the meditation bit was good. I think it is reasonably priced too...........

Best thing is constant change basis the body needs & trimester. Heal-In Sutras is a great support during the pregnancy journey. I had a good time doing the prenatal classes in the comfort of my home. The Mantras, the exercises, the meditation - are all not just good to have, but a necessity as we deal with all kinds of stress and aches during this time. Recommended to all pregnant women. Really helps you relax and enjoy this period.
I came across Heal-In Sutras after someone on a mommy forum had posted a link. I joined their trial classes and I loved it so much that I decided to enroll for the paid sessions. Their routine has managed to be just the right balance of movement and rest, stretching and relaxation. There are a variety of poses and you really feel grounded and relaxed after the session. The tone of the session is encouraging and informative, letting you know just why a certain move is beneficial during pregnancy. I can't wait to start the meditations. All in all, I highly recommend.
