I started with Dr. Shilpa in my second month of pregnancy and honestly I was clueless about the changes happening in my body, hormones, mood etc. In my first class with her she asked me about my daily routine including very minute details and guided me things that I was doing wrong. By bringing these small changes in my routine and eating habits I could see a good impact in how I was feeling before and how I felt afterwards.
Then in my further sessions I really like the way Dr. Shilpa pays attention to the details of your pose and tells you how this exercise will be helpful during pregnancy. The atmosphere of the class is also very positive and happy, I always feel refreshed after my class with her.
She is very friendly & approachable whenever you have any questions. You can trust her for sure :)

I had a wonderful and positive experience with Heal in Sutras. Both Dr. Shilpa and Ezhil were very attentive in each session. Through out my pregnancy they kept me motivated and encouraged. DR. Shilpa is indeed a trustworthy teacher as she really takes care of your needs. During session she perfectly manage which exercises suit to whom and even suggest another alternative Asanas for them. She monitors everyone and even motivates us also to do more better. It has only sometime for me to have joined your online classes (I had never practiced yoga in my life before) but the results are massive. I had been struggling with sleeping patterns, meals, water intake, energy and body weight since the lockdown began but with each session I feel fitter and in control of my body as well as mind. I was taking prenatal yoga with heal in sutras for 3 months. Shilpa is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person . Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones.
I believe that yoga helped me to fasten my labor progress and a smooth delivery. I also liked the way she suggested on diet tips ( calcium, iron rich food list) during my pregnancy . Now I am looking for postnatal course with her.
