About the lesson

In this class, I'll teach you how to train various muscle groups and hence how to achieve your fitness goals, be it gaining muscle mass, shedding those extra pounds or staying lean.
After an assessment analysis, I'll create a workout plan for you taking all your needs and requirements into consideration.
I create different workout plans for each individual since every individual is different and unique on it's on.
Based on your workout history, fitness goals or any health issues, I'll plan a customized workout plan just for you.
I'll show you the correct posture, training technique and hence the bio-mechanics of doing every exercise accurately and with utmost perfection for your selective goals.
These classes can be opted by anybody and everybody :)
