Perfect! I started with Dr. Shilpa in my second month of pregnancy and honestly I was clueless about the changes happening in my body, hormones, mood etc. In my first class with her she asked me about my daily routine including very minute details and guided me things that I was doing wrong. By bringing these small changes in my routine and eating habits I could see a good impact in how I was feeling before and how I felt afterwards.
Then in my further sessions I really like the way Dr. Shilpa pays attention to the details of your pose and tells you how this exercise will be helpful during pregnancy. The atmosphere of the class is also very positive and happy, I always feel refreshed after my class with her.

I got in touch with Dr Shilpa and Ezhil (my yoga instructor) at the right time in my life. My therapist recommended I start yoga to help me heal from anxiety, PCOS and certain traumas. It was a wonderful experience to do prenatal yoga with Dr. Shilpa Kohli. I did yoga with her during my second pregnancy. I found a lot of differences between my first pregnancy without yoga and the second one. Shilpa‘s Health tips, diet suggestions, and asanas helped me to solve digestion and sleep problems. Her yoga classes kept me active and energetic until the end of pregnancy and also I could handle alone my 2.5-year hyperactive first kid. My first kid was born through C - section and I faced many complications during Labour. The doctor who did the c-section explained about my smaller pelvis and how it is impossible to have normal birth from this kind of pelvis. But during my second pregnancy, I had a small chance to try for normal birth. Nobody except Shilpa had confidence in my natural delivery. She trained me with special pelvis exercises for my natural delivery. She also motivated me throughout my pregnancy for my natural birth. Amazingly, in the end, my baby came naturally to this world within 7 hours. So I am very grateful and satisfied with Dr. Shilpa Kohli and Heal-In Sutras service.

I have been meaning to write this for a while now, I have absolutely loved this platform- Heal-in Sutras and I wish I would have known about Dr. Shilpa during my first pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr shilpa' prenatal yoga Classes. I joined a month before the due date to chance upon an easy labor and so happened. I had a miraculously easy labor of only an hour. Also with her you can never get bored of workouts. She brings in so many variations everyday that you look forward for her classes.

Dr.Shilpa is very knowledgeable. She gives personal attention to all her clients. I used to practice yoga from a year with different instructors and I have joined Heal in Sutras just a month ago; honestly I found Dr.Shilpa the most approachable instructor. You can call her anytime and she will always answer your queries without loosing patience. I got to know so many forms of pranayama. As a person I take a lot of stress but honestly under Dr.Shilpa's guidance I am learning how to release stress. I have joined Heal in Sutras to improve fertility and in just 1 month my cycle seems regular. I went to Gynae for my regular follicle tests yesterday and my scans seems normal.
