Hi, I’m Priyanshi. I’m a psychology undergraduate, a Reiki Master, and I’ve trained in art therapy and meditation. I really enjoy creating a calm, comfortable space where you can slow down, learn, and just be yourself without any pressure. I like to keep things simple and easy to follow, so you can actually use what you learn in your everyday life. You can ask questions, take your time, and explore at your own pace. I aim to help you feel a little more balanced, aware, and connected with yourself.

Hi, I’m Priyanshi. In these sessions, you’ll learn Reiki step by step across all three levels, from basic self-healing to more advanced techniques. We’ll also explore art therapy through simple activities and learn how to use it for expression and emotional release. Alongside this, you’ll be introduced to different types of meditation with guided demos in each class. The sessions are interactive, relaxed, and focused on helping you build practical skills in healing, self-awareness, and creative expression.
