About David
Coaching is more than a just a do’s and dont’s I make sure the athlete knows that fully understanding the lesson is far more important than having them go out there and achieve greatness. You first have to have complete understanding on what it is that needs to be changed or adaptive so that on the court you not only apply it but you become adaptable and can then achieve far more than just greatness.

I teach fundamentals from beginners to more experienced players, in all positions in volleyball. Being able to focus specially on defense or offense and giving you a better understanding of the position to improve your knowledge and athleticism. I break each lesson down starting from the begging because most athletes tend to have bad habits and starting from scratch helps the athlete view their standing point in a different perspective.
