Therefore, I work towards changing my clients' mindset about exercise, nutrition and motivate them everyday towards their goals.
My classes are for all age groups, all health conditions and fitness levels. If my client doesn't own resistance equipment, I provide them free of charge.
I am a Physical Therapist and CSCS Certified Personal Trainer currently completing my internship. Experienced in Bodyweight training, Resistance Training, Home Exercise, HIIT, Calisthenics, Aerobics, Animal Flow Workouts and Dancing.
I have special experience in running and cycling. I am also a certified Exercise and Sports Nutritionist and will give free plans to support the workouts.
