I teach according to the needs of my student. If it's weight-loss or just general fitness my main aim is to make the class fun while simultaneously make my student reach closer to their goal. Being a young trainer my students feel pretty free with me and I easily understand what they exactly need.
I'm a Certified Fitness coach, Certified Zumba trainer and a Certified Yoga instructor with expertise in bodyweight training, aerobics, dance fitness, power yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and an overall expertise in nutrition. I aim to make the class fun rather than it being a punishment. Losing 25 kgs gave me a lot on insight into how the human body works and how to make yourself fit mentally as well as physically. I have been taking personal classes and group classes for 4 years now while pursuing CA as a career.
